The The Wercs Internet Safety Data Sheet Search Page is a search engine that will display documents published from The WERCS Author or DocuWercs. Files that The WERCS Web Viewer retrieves will only be displayed if the client has the appropriate software to open the retrieved files. For instance:
PDF documents require Adobe Acrobat Reader.
The SDS Search Page:
The SDS Search Page allows for the
entry of search criteria to be used to locate and view a required SDS
sheet. Any combination of Search Criteria may be entered to limit
search results. These criteria are described below:
Plant Selection:
The Plant Selector allows for the searching for and location of SDS documents associated to a specific plant.
Language Selection:
The Language Selector allows for the searching for and location ofSDS documents in various available languages.
Format Selection:
The Format Selector allows for the searching for and location of SDS documents based on specified WERCS Formats.
Subformat Selection:
The Subformat Selector allows for the searching for and location ofS DS documents in specified document templates (subformats).
Published Date:
A Published Date search can be executed to
find documents published in The WERCS database before, after, or on a
specific date entered in the mm/dd/yyyy format. Indicating All published dates (the default) will not limit the search by Published Date.
Published Date in last w days:
Checking the Published Date in last w
days checkbox will override any date search entered in the Published
Date field and return any documents whose published date is in the last
w days.
Revision Date:
A Revision Date search can be executed to
find documents revised in The WERCS database before, after, or on a
specific date entered in the mm/dd/yyyy format. Indicating All revision dates (the default) will not limit the search by Revision Date.
Revision Date in last x days:
Checking the Revision Date in last w
days checkbox will override any date search entered in the Revision
Date field and return any documents whose revision date is in the last x days.
Issue Date:
An Issue Date search can be executed to find
documents issued in The WERCS database before, after, or on a specific
date entered in the mm/dd/yyyy format. Indicating All issue dates (the default) will not limit the search by Issue Date.
Issue Date in last y days:
Checking the Issue Date in last w
days checkbox will override any date search entered in the Issue Date
field and return any documents whose issue date is in the last y days.
Disposal Date:
A Disposal Date search can be executed to
find documents whose disposal date in The WERCS database is before,
after, or on a specific date entered in the mm/dd/yyyy format.
Indicating All disposal dates (the default) will not limit the search by Disposal Date.
Disposal Date in last z days:
Checking the Disposal Date in last w
days checkbox will override any date search entered in the Disposal
Date field and return any documents whose disposal date is in the last z days.
Product Number:
A Product Number search can be executed to
find documents for products whose ID number Starts With, Contains, or
Exactly Matches the input search criteria.
Product Name:
A Product Name search can be executed to
find documents for products whose name Starts With, Contains, or
Exactly Matches the input search criteria.
Supplier:
A Supplier search can be executed to find documents for products associated to a supplier whose name contains the search term.
Component:
A Component search can be executed to find
documents for products whose formulation contains components whosw CAS
Number, Component ID, or Component Name contain the entered a search
term.
Keyword:
A Keyword search can be executed to find
documents for products in which keywords containing the input search
term have been entered.
Configurable 1:
A search against the first data element selected as a search term during the template creation process in The WERCS.
Configurable 2:
A search against the second data element selected as a search term during the template creation process in The WERCS.
Configurable 3:
A search against the third data element selected as a search term during the template creation process in The WERCS.
Configurable 4:
A search against the fourth data element selected as a search term during the template creation process in The WERCS.
Configurable 5:
A search against the fifth data element selected as a search term during the template creation process in The WERCS.
